How do we keep things ”really in sync” in our web apps?

Last year, it was very popular to both talk and build so-called SPA applications and we all know there is wide range of mature, exciting and useful JavaScript libraries that help us out. But what about support for SPA apps and client framework that communicates ”near real time” ? How do we handle time, state,events and activity-schedules that is fully synchronized? Does Promises it actually work, or is there other things in mind to build the perfect-spa? During this session we will look at how we can effectively build a "real-time based SPA" with a backend based on the Real Time MVC principle upon the .NET Stack. Together we will dig into solving the timing, scheduling, and other things that brings yet another dimension to our SPA! How do we keep things ”really in sync” in our web apps? Is it possible?
